Writing is my life.  If I’m not writing, I’m teaching, editing, or talking about writing.

I have been a professional writer/editor/teacher for more than 15 years.  During that time, I have published more than 650 articles, co-authored a book, written for numerous large businesses, and have had my poems, short stories, and essays appear in numerous journals.  In addition, I have taught college, business, and creative writing classes.

Three years ago, I also founded ChattaRosa, a women’s writing group that is designed to give women a place to share all types of writing and learn from one another.

Currently, I have just finished a novel about five generations of women in one family and have sent it off to an agent who asked to take a peek once it was finished.
